Services

Do:
Whenever possible, please provide us with a PDF file only (Adobe Acrobat format). You can make a PDF easily in any Microsoft Office program by selecting “File: Save As” and selecting PDF format. If you’re using a more sophisticated tool like InDesign or Illustrator, it’s also easy to export as a PDF file. Even if we have the same fonts as you used in your document, our versions might be *slightly* different and that could cause your information to shift around on a page!

Don’t:
… forget to pull out your bleeds and provide crop marks, when applicable. If you’re using a program that doesn’t support crops and bleeds like Word or Publisher, just make sure to keep your information (type and pictures) away from the edges of the page so that we can correct for that. If you’re not sure what a “bleed” is, just ask one of our friendly staff members and they will be happy to help.

Do:
If you’ve created a booklet, make sure your file consists of individual pages – don’t try to provide spreads, as we have professional tools to create your booklet from single pages. Also remember: if your booklet doesn’t have a total number of pages divisible by 4 (eg. 16, 24, 32, etc.) then we will have to insert blank pages to correct that.

Don’t:
… try to provide multiple copies of your file on a single page. Please provide a PDF file that is the same size that you want your finished job to be. For example, a typical business card is 3.5” x 2”. Again, we have sophisticated software tools to duplicate your artwork across larger sheets of paper to maximize efficiency, and allow us to offer you the best prices possible.

Copy Center
Whether your job is large or small, our high-volume digital copy center makes copying a cinch. You are welcome to walk-in to make copies or drop-off for same-day service, call in your project to 1-888-788-0188 or email us your project. You can also use our big book binding, color inserts and three ring binder services.

Bulk Mailing
We are able to bulk mail from 200 to over a million pieces using our own mailing data base that we can customize based on your targeted demographic requirements or you can provide your existing mailing list for all of your bulk mailing. We will address, correct, pre-sort, print and mail from in-house, giving you the fastest turnaround time.

Labels & Stamps
Print Promotions Plus makes your life easier with a variety of customized self-inking rubber ink stamps and adhesive labels. Save time with our standard return address stamps, bank deposit stamps or create your own.
