Melissa Kleeman
Accounts Manager
The youngest of the Melzer siblings Melissa has also been with the Print Pro Plus since the beginning. Originally a sales representative, Melissa now has many hats to wear. She currently helps oversee accounts with the company accountant, acts as point of contact for many of our
clients, assist with staff oversight, and manages the delivery schedule. The best part of her day? Time spent with her 5 year old son Bradley, whether its watching him play soccer or catching their favorite TV show - American Ninja Warrior. Melissa’s favorite part of the job is in providing an overall great customer experience.


Jon Melzer
General Manager
Jon is the second oldest of the Melzer siblings and has been a part of the family business for 32 years. He and his wife Stephanie have been married for 17 years and have 2 children, Dane -23 & Faith - 16. Both devout Christians, they are active members of Sandals Church and are active Area Group Leaders.





Brian Melzer
Press Operator/Production Manager
The oldest of the Melzer siblings, Brian has been with Print Pro Plus since its inception in 1984. A self taught pressman with more than 30 years experience, Brian is skilled craftsman of his trade. He values a strong work ethic and truly enjoys exceeding customer expectations.



When he’s not at PPP, he’s meeting with community groups and helping others build a relationship with Jesus. And in his spare time Jon enjoys golfing and relaxing at home with his family and pets. Jon attributes the success and longevity of Print Pro Plus to being rooted by family & building relationships within the local community.


Johnniemarie Solis
Office Manager/CSR
Johnnie has been a Print Pro Plus team member for over 5 years. Born in Texas and raised in the San Bernardino area, Johnnie started her career at PPP as an extern, and quickly gained the knowledge and skills to become our Office Manager.

and a brief stint at a local vocational institute led to his career at Print Pro Plus. A true creative at heart, Gary is also a Photographer and has self published 2 books. He still pursues Game Design as well and currently has several projects underway. He loves helping people, and helping clients meet their needs is for him a rewarding experience.
It’s his hope that Print Pro Plus will continue to be a staple of the community for years to come. He has been married to his wife Tracy for 27 years. When they aren’t working they enjoy spending time quality time with family and friends. Often they can be found 4 wheeling in the desert or lounging on the river in Arizona.
Jon Yancey
Bindery Supervisor
A member of the extended Melzer family, Jon Yancey is Brian’s nephew in law and has worked for Print Pro Plus for nearly 5 years. He loves working with family and enjoys working with his hands, And is always thrilled to put a finished project into the hands of a satisfied customer.
He has been married to his wife Heather for 16 years, and when he isn’t working they look forward to date nights and time spent with family. Jon is also an active Coach and referee for the Yucaipa Valley Youth Soccer Organization, a member of the Yucaipa Elks Lodge, and part of a local dart league with his wife.

Armand Nevarez
Copy Dept Manager/CSR
Armand a.k.a “Mondo” is definitely a people person, he has worked at Print Pro Plus for more than 7 years and says the customer experience and meeting new people is the best part of his job. A devoted Christian he enjoys mentoring the youth and has been a leader at several Youth Camps.
Tim Solis
Bindery Associate
Tim has been working with Print Pro Plus for about 2 years. He has lived in the area most of his life, with the exception of his high school years which were spent in Texas. Tim is a jack of all trades having worked and trained in many fields. As a former wild land fire fighter, line cook, and warehouse stocker with training in airframe mechanics

and the medical field, Tim understands the high demand of a production environment. And has quickly become a quintessential part of the daily workflow. In his spare time Tim enjoys culinary exploration, video games and movie- going.
Gary Martin
Graphic Designer
Born in Boston MA, Gary spent most of his early life living and working in the greater Los Angeles area, and earned his B.A. in History from Cal Poly Pomona. Before college he started work in the food industry, a career that would span more than 20 years and see him leaving it with the title Chef. A passion for Game Design led him to become a self taught Graphic Designer,
Johnnie is a “people person” who enjoys customer service, and meeting and helping people from all walks-of-life. When she’s not working, Johnnie enjoys cooking, independent cinema and watching live music performances. She is also a writer and is currently working on a book of poetry which she hopes to self publish.




















































































An ambitious young man, Mondo was a homeowner by 23 and currently lives in San Bernardino with his special needs sister Lizzy for whom he is caretaker and his 4 dogs Snowball, Pokinala, Kyoshi, & Missile. When he’s not working he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, traveling and playing video games.
